WHAT WE DO

The Sea Change Trust is a charity aiming to offer specialist therapeutic support to babies, children, young people and their families in rural and left-behind areas.

COVID-19

Covid-19 has had a huge impact on the our mental health. New mental health problems have developed as a result of the pandemic, and existing mental health problems have been further impacted.

Prioritising mental health has never been more important than it is now. 

​

Our Listening Space and Talking Circles Projects is currently focusing on the impact of Covid-19 for parents, children, and young people.
